Brighton Urgent Response Service
BURS

Available for people needing support in a crisis when other services are closed. BURS is available to assess your needs urgently out of hours: contact BURS, if you can, before considering attending A&E for mental health needs in the Brighton area. BURS is available after 5 pm every week day, and anytime at weekends.
